Through the support of Bees Abroad, we carried out staff assessment on modern African Beekeeping. Our staff at Bees4Kenya were assessed on; 1. Manipulation of a honeybee colony. The assessment was carried out by British Beekeepers Association (BBKA) which is a charitable organization in UK who educates and trains beekeepers of the future.

Our staff at Bees4Kenya were assessed on;

1. Manipulation of a honeybee colony

2. Use and knowledge of beekeeping equipment

3. Natural history of the honeybee

4. Basic beekeeping

5. Disease, poisoning, pets and problem solving.

The team successfully completed the assessment and were issued with certificates as qualified trainers in modern African Beekeeping.
