Joseph is a trained development practitioner with educational background on development studies and management. He has a wealth of experience in building the capacity of meso and grass root organisations especially on areas related to organizational development and institutional strengthening, group management and mainstreaming of cross cutting issues such as gender, Monitoring and evaluation and social inclusion among others. He has been with the programme since inception in 2013

Magdalene is an experience accountant with educational background on Finance and Accounting. She has a wealth of experience on account book keeping, internal audits and budget control. She has practical experience of 8 years and has been with the programme since inception in 2013

John is a trained trainer of trainers in apiculture and entrepreneurship. His educational background is on social work and community development with professional training on project planning and management. He has over 18 years working experience on beekeeping, especially in the semi-arid areas of Kenya. He has been with the programme for 7 years.
